Richard Bustillo is the General Manager of Rick Case Honda in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. He has a proven history of success in raising dealership net profits and a consistent record of turning poorly performing dealerships into solid performers, as well as significantly improving already profitable operations. As the operational leader of the largest Honda Dealership facility in North America, Bustillo supervises a team of over 400 associates that sell and service thousands of new and used vehicles each month.
At Rick Case Honda, he is the decision-making authority with full responsibility for all day-to-day dealership operations, policies and procedures. Bustillo is a recognized expert in the hiring, training and motivation of management and support personnel, along with the creation of innovative sales and marketing approaches. Bustillo has been the GM at Rick Case Honda since 2008; prior to that he served as the GM at Germain Toyota Scion in Naples, Florida from 2002 to 2008. He also served as General Manager of South Motors Volkswagen Suzuki from 1999 through 2002 and has been an automotive professional since 1995.
Mr. Bustillo follows the founder/president of the Women of Tomorrow Mentor and Scholarship Program. This program allows young women to accomplish their ultimate potential by being mentored by highly successful professional women. Richard is happily married with three children, enjoys NFL Football, Florida Gators, golf, wines from around the world, cigars, sports memorabilia and fishing.
